The City of Shelby is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online.

This is a fee-based service. A service fee of $4.35 will be applied to all credit card, PayPal products & Venmo transactions. A service fee of $0.95 will be applied to all ACH/e-check transactions. There is a maximum payment amount of $1,000 for credit card transactions.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.

Please ensure you are inputting your correct Routing Number and Account Number if you're paying with an electronic check.

If your electronic check rejects for any reason, you will be subject to a $25 ACH REJECT FEE. Routing Numbers are verified during the payment process, but you must be sure the Account Number you provide is accurate.
